House cleaning services are available on a weekly, bi weekly and 3 week rotations or monthly basis. The
frequency of the house cleaning service is determined according to the needs of the customer.

We provide all cleaning products and equipment by ourselves. We will not use anything that is in your
house. This is because our employees are trained on which product to use on each surface, so using
unknown products can potentially damage your home.

We come to the place to be cleaned together with our staff in the early morning with our company’s
vehicle and we do not leave until we finish cleaning. In exceptional cases that do not end, we finish the
cleaning with our support teams in the afternoon hours of the same day.

We direct staff to the place to be cleaned according to the size of your house, the number of rooms and
windows. You can contact us from the contact section to get how many cleaning staff will come, more
information and prices.

We offer approximate offers by phone. All our offers are free of charge and there is no obligation. To
receive a written offer, you will need to go to our “Create An Offer” tab on our website and fill in the
information.

Of course, you can postpone the appointment for cleaning at least (1) one day in advance and cancel the
cleaning if you wish. You can contact us from our addresses in the contact section for cancellation of
cleaning.

No, you don’t need to be at home while we’re working. However, if it will make you feel more
comfortable, we would prefer you to stay and watch what we are doing. All our housekeeping staff are
reliable and friendly. Just make sure that you give them enough space to do their job.

Walls, carpets and sofas are cleaned per request. These are not included in our standard program.

Yes, we are with you in every step of the way before and after moving in.

Your job is important to us and we want to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with our job. If the
quality of the work performed and paid for is not satisfactory, contact us within 24 hours and we will take
action to correct the situation.
